NHCLV is proud to announce that it has received two grant awards totaling $35,000 from the Health Resources and Services Administration of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. The Health Center Quality Improvement FY 2020 Grant Awards promote optimization of overall quality, efficiency, and value of the health care services provided by the nation’s health centers, and celebrate their recent achievements in providing high quality care to nearly 30 million patients.
These awards recognize the highest performing health centers nationwide as well as those health centers that have made significant quality improvement gains from the previous year. We were one of nine community health centers that received Health Center Quality Leaders funds, and one of 37 health centers that received Advancing Health Information Technology for Quality funds.
