NHCLV offers COVID-19 testing for patients only at three of our locations from 12:30 – 4 pm according to the schedule listed in the graphic.
All patients must first complete a Virtual Visit/tele-health appointment with their care team before coming in for testing.
Tests are NOT available on a walk-in basis. FYI
