Sealed quotations have been opened and reviewed by Neighborhood Health Centers of the Lehigh Valley. The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the evaluation of proposals submitted in response to the above project has been completed.
Neighborhood Health Center’s Board Committee evaluated all bid proposals in strict accordance with the evaluation criteria outlined in the RFP.
